AANTV cheated me out of $1000.00
I choose to buy from AANTV auction because their jewelry looked so quality on tv and the price was just a few hundred less than retail. So I bought from them.
Once I received the item it was not what I saw or the description on their website. I went to a jeweler and was told the diamond was a junk diamond and the setting (ring) was poor quality gold. What I received was worth the weight in gold approx 4 gr. and I paid $1000 for this junk, poor quality home made ring by AANTV and not an estate item.
They state the jewelry comes from an estate but they make it themselves. Now all description or pictures of purchased item have been removed from their website. I have been trying to speak with them to be assigned a return item number which is required for a return.
Returns 10 days after receipt. My 10 days are up and I am unable to speak to anyone re: return item number.
- Way i am being avoided so that my 10 day return will expire
